CHATTY CATHY SILENCED AT WASAGA BEACH

Wasaga Beach OPP have launched a full-scale investigation into the disappearance of Chatty Cathy after finding a partially decomposed hand in the sand at Beach area 1. Foresnic testing has positively linked the plastic digits to the popular 1960's icon.

An unidentified male is in custody after being turned in by concerned residents who allege to have overheard him confess to the murder. Witnesses say the suspect appeared incoherant and kept muttering "She just wouldn't shut up. She just wouldn't shut up."

Chatty Cathy's torso, movable arms, legs, head with realistic hair, and pull-string voicebox have yet to be found but her family, friends and fans will gather on the weekend to lay her to rest.
Burial services for Chatty Cathy will take place at the Site 41 landfill where she will be ground into "harmless sludge" and offered to Midland in about 10 years time. "It's what she would have wanted" said her tearful friend Malibu Stacy.
